  2. Drain the water.
  3. Put the mushrooms in a pan of boiling water and simmer them for 10 minutes.
  4. Drain the water and rinse the mushrooms thoroughly. You can easily use them as you would any fresh mushrooms.

You can also cook them with meat and chicken. It will give these dishes an added depth of flavour.
