Packaging

  • What kind of packaging will I receive?

    We offer two types of packaging for our parcels. The first option is paper box (free of charge) and the second option is wooden box packaging (extra fee). Select the one you prefer, before you "add in the cart" your desired product. You can find more info about the wooden packaging here.

Payment Methods

  • How do I make a payment?

    The available payment methods for any purchase in our online store are:

    • Direct Bank Transfer
    • Pay Via Piraeus Bank: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro credit and debit cards via the redirection method, be provided by Piraeus Bank.
    • PayPal
    • Cash on delivery (it is available only for shipments in Greece)

Return Policy

  • If I need to return a product, who will pay the shipping cost?

    It is our highest priority to keep you fully satisfied with our services and to provide a unique online shopping experience. If a product has to be returned to our head office, Hellenic Food Basket will bear any expenses regarding extra shipping cost.

  • Do you accept returns?

    Returns are accepted on certain conditions, i.e. in case the product you received is expired, broken or open. In this case, the whole amount is refunded. For us to proceed with refund, it is mandatory that you send us a claim with photos proving any of the aforementioned problems.

Shipping Information

  • When will I receive the shipment?

    After completing your purchase and payment, please allow us 2 business days to prepare and deliver your parcel to our courier service provider. You will receive your order in 5-7 business days depending on your location.

  • In which countries do you ship your products?

    We ship only within the European Union. DHL is our delivery service provider.
