Jukeros by Dimitris Chomatas was founded in December 2015.
The company is fully ISO22000:2005 and HACCP compliant throughout all production stages.
From selecting the first ingredients up to the packaging stage of its products, Jukeros is in harmony with the European legislation for food safety.

We specialize in producing and standardizing handmade high quality products with unique flavors and combinations, free from preservatives or coloring substances. For natural preservation and depending on the recipe, for our products we use fresh lemon juice, cider or wine vinegar. Jukeros means traditional manufacturing methods combined with fresh fruits, vegetables and spices in a creative way!

Chef Dimitris Chomatas has significant experience in the restaurant business and has worked in Greece and abroad. He supervises and directs the production daily, aiming to guarantee high quality standards and constant exploration on new concepts.
